The profit model

The benefits, not the burdens. We all know that you can earn well as a self-employed person. But there is a lot of extra work involved. With our profit model, as a consultant employed by Astek you have the benefits of a self-employed person: earning well. We take care of the costs – acquisition, financial administration, tax matters. If you ever have no projects, you will still receive a salary and accrue a pension. This is how it works:

• You will receive a basic salary of € 2,500 gross.
• On top of the basic amount you will receive a high monthly turnover bonus. The higher your turnover, the higher the bonus.
• We pay the usual premiums on your salary.

The solid model

Nice bonus, more security. Of course we understand if you prefer more certainty. Then choose the solid model and count on:

• A high fixed gross monthly salary.
• A monthly turnover bonus of 5%.

An annual salary increase based on customer evaluations.

The cafeteria arrangement
Through this scheme you can exchange part of your gross salary – a maximum of € 3,500 per year – for a net compensation for the purchase of, for example, a laptop and a telephone. That gives you a nice tax benefit. The purchased items are yours.

An unlimited training budget
We reimburse any education or training that contributes to your development as a professional.
